About the “Start Your Small Business” Workshop:
Henry Lopez invites you to join him for a live online workshop to help you start your first small business. We cover all the primary tasks you need to complete to get your small business started, including your Business Plan, and realize your dreams of business ownership.
During this 2-hour live and interactive online workshop, Henry Lopez (Serial Entrepreneur and Host of The How of Business Podcast) will provide step-by-step instructions and guidance on how create your business plan and launch your first small business.
This workshop includes the Small Business Start-Up Checklist which outlines the 15 important steps involved with creating and opening your first small business. From determining if you are ready for business ownership, to opening for business, this workshop provides you an overview of the complete process.
This workshop also includes a Business Plan Template which you can use to create your own business plan. Henry will explain the recommended section of a typical Business Plan and why it’s important. An effective Business Plan helps you compile your research, define your business model, focus your initial start-up, and perhaps also secure funding.
This is not a presentation or recording – it’s an interactive live working session where you will follow along as Henry takes you through the steps in the process. You will get to ask questions, as the workshop will be limited to a small group.
After participating in this workshop, you will have a clear picture of where you are in the process and what you need to complete next on your path to starting your small business. You will also identity what you need to learn, or what other resources you need, for you to get your business started.
